Inside Commerce Podcast

In January 2024, I joined the Inside Commerce Podcast to discuss Making Accessibility Part of Your E-commerce Development Lifecycle. We explored why accessibility goes beyond compliance, covering strategies for e-commerce businesses to audit and enhance their sites, prioritize customer impact, and navigate global compliance. This conversation highlighted accessibility as the key to creating inclusive, user-friendly online experiences.

Crownpeak Customer Conference

In June 2023, I presented The Power of Digital Accessibility to our e-commerce clients in London, UK, at a full-day event attended by notable brands like ASOS, Adidas, Dr. Martens, Cdiscount, Gift Universe, Harrods, Le Col, and PUMA. While AI was a key focus for many attendees, accessibility also garnered strong interest and received highly positive feedback.

Florida Association of City Clerks (FACC) Webinar

In August 2021, I presented an FACC webinar for city clerks and government professionals on creating accessible digital content to meet ADA compliance standards. This session covered practical strategies for ensuring accessible social media posts, blogs, podcasts, videos, and infographics, empowering government entities to enhance digital inclusion across their communications.

American Marketing Association (AMA) Cincinnati

In January 2020, I had the pleasure of leading a workshop for the AMA in Cincinnati, connecting with talented marketers eager to make their digital content accessible. We explored strategies to enhance both conversion and inclusivity, equipping attendees with actionable insights for future campaigns.
